Many governments provide scholarships to private citizens for workers in universities and scientific research often have conditions of government grants return to your country of origin after study

                              

Granting foreign countries

Foreign governments give grants to citizens of other countries, especially those with which it has friendly relations or a historical or geographical link.

 These grants may be more focused on working in universities, research institutes or be aimed at working in the field of applied science any employees who work in different companies and institutions
